VITA ITAKWISHA LINI DUNIANI?

Mwezi huu kuna mambo mengi. Huu ni mwezi wa historia ya watu weusi hapa Marekani na pia ndani ya blogu hii. Pia ni mwezi wa tamasha kubwa la Africa Unite kule Ethiopia kumkumbuka hayati Bob Marley. Dunia nzima tatizo la vita na ugaidi (wa makundi na ule wa sirikali) linaendelea kumaliza uhai wa wengi. Watu wanajiuliza vita vitakwisha lini duniani? Ni lini binadamu wataweza kukaa bila kurushiana mabomu, risasi, mawe, n.k.?

Bob Marley aliwahi kujaribu kutufundisha na kutuonya juu ya vita. Akatuambia kuwa kuna mambo fulani lazima yakome kabla hatujaweza kuishi katika dunia isiyo na vita. Aliyasema haya katika wimbo wake wa War ambao ulitokana na maneno ya hotuba ya aliyekuwa mfalme wa Ethiopia, Haile Selassie aliyoitoa Umoja wa Mataifa.
